Our story

A shore team built around practical vessel support.

Atlanza Ship Management Private Limited was established in 2018 to provide reliable, professional and responsive maritime solutions to shipowners and operators.

Its capabilities have since expanded across crew management, technical ship management, marine consultancy, shipbuilding and training—supporting vessels through multiple stages of their operational lifecycle.

The operating principle is straightforward: protect the vessel, support the people onboard, understand the technical condition and communicate clearly with the owner.

How Atlanza’s capabilities developed.

Growth has come in stages: first recruitment, then stronger employment and welfare systems, followed by technical management and shipbuilding capability.
